Bookings

To request a consultation simply fill out our consultation enquiry form and we will get back to you shortly.
All bookings require a £30.00 deposit which will be deducted from your first session.
Bookings are managed via Fresha, once we have booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email, please make sure you complete all forms prior to your appointment.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice. If you decide to rearrange or cancel your appointment without giving us a minimum of 48 hours notice you will need to pay our £50.00 cancellation policy fee for the appointment.

No shows, if you simply do not turn up to your appointment you will need to also pay our £50.00 cancellation policy fee before you can rebook your appointment.

Our Policies

We are an appointment only studio - please do not arrive without a confirmed booking.
When attending your appointment we ask that you arrive on time, If you arrive more than 10 minutes late unfortunately your appointment may be cancelled and you will need to pay our £50.00 cancellation policy fee for the appointment.

Please come alone to your appointment (unless agreed upon prior with us) - we are unable to have plus one's or babies/children in the studio for insurance purposes.

Pre + Post Treatment care must be followed, Failure to do so will result in rescheduling your appointment and you will need to pay our £50.00 cancellation fee for the appointment. During your treatments with us, you agree not to go elsewhere for Laser Hair Removal or Laser Tattoo Removal on the areas we are treating.

No refunds will be given for single treatments, package treatments , upfront payments, or gift vouchers.

Parking

Parking is free all around the building, our clients do not need a permit.
